SnO2 is the semiconductor material, electronic forbidden band width is 3.6 ev, photocatalytic activity can be obtained under UV under uv irradiation. In this case, the tin oxide in a production application is limited. Because of special REDOX potential, there is a good application prospect in degradation of pollutants. So the researchers considered how to broaden the tin dioxide response area, increase the scope of its application. The study found that phthalocyanine compounds is preferred. Highly conjugated phthalocyanine class material, it is a kind of has 18π compound of electronic system, ring of electronic distribution is very uniform, strong stability, molecular deformation on the benzene ring is difficult to occur. The most important is that the metal phthalocyanine compounds have strong absorption in the visible area.While SnO2 is sensitized by phthalocyanine compounds can be improved to get better photocatalytic materials.First, nucleophilic substitution was completed respectively for preparation precursor body between alpha-naphthol,phenol,8-hydroxy quinoline and 4-nitro-dicyanobenzens,the next five different kinds of composite materials were synthesized in-situ through four gathere reaction with adjacent 4- nitro-dicyanobenzens on the surface of SnO2 naoparticles while SnO2 gel base has been formed with Co(II)as template,each composite material was prepared different molar ratios,the prepared products were characterized by means of UV-Vis、IR、XRD methods,and the photocatalytic activity of the prepared products were investigated by using photocatalytic degradation of Rodanming B in visible light as a model recation.The experimental results indicate that the UV-Vis spectrum of the production brings about moving to long wavelength in its characteristic absorption Q belt;the vibration adsorption peaks of M-O appreared in IR spectrum,the size of crystal particals have become smaller than before,all that show in the different substituents phthalocyanine cobalt CoPc and SnO2 were linked with partial chemical bond.Taking into account the effect of substituents and loading the photocatalytic composites,carry out research word in the following aspects:(1)Semiconductor photocatalyst modified to improve its photocatalytic reation efficiency in recent years due to the good solubility and simple preparation of tetra-substituted metal phthalocyanine by many researchers.Composite material made of a metal phthalocyanine an azo group formed semiconductor effect and to study their properties.(2)Preparation of different molar ratios of phthalocyanine/SnO2 composites and study it.(3)The different substituents composites under visible light catalytic degradation of Rhodamine B.
