The cyclic peptide peptide compounds because of its unique structure and its stable nature of biological enzymatic degradation, and most of peptide compounds have important pharmacological and physiological activity, and their biological activity is very high, but side effects small, making cyclic peptides in the field of medicine, and even the current popular nanomaterials are carrying their important role, it is also destined to become an important organic chemicals. But because of its content and rarely in nature and are widely distributed, leading to separation and purification operation is very difficult. Therefore, to find a cyclic peptide synthesis method has great significance. In this paper, based on a new and effective method for the synthesis of cyclic peptide internationally- Light-induced single electron transfer method, this method can be used to solve the low production of traditional preparation method of solid-phase method and liquid phase method, complicated operation, the purity of poor and other defects. Photoinduced electron transfer Preparation of single cyclic peptide compound having a high regioselectivity and high chemical reactivity, has a high quantum efficiency so that the intramolecular cyclization of the yield can be as high 99% during the reaction. Therefore, this paper is committed to study light-induced electron transfer theory with single phthalimide as electron acceptor peptide chain electron donor to the electron acceptor system constructed within the molecule,(constructed substrates 35a-35h) then 65% acetonitrile- water 35% solvent through continuous light-induced single electron transfer(SET) course(ie light-induced excitation of single electron transfer â†' electron transport chain in the removal of the leaving group â†' second single Electron Transfer â†' â†' radical formed- carbon radical coupling) generated phthalimide cyclic peptide compounds, synthetic compounds 36a-36 h..
