Abstract/Summary:
Rolling shear is one of the most important equipment in medium and heavy plate production line, which directly determines the quality of the actory-fresh steel plate and affects the customer satisfaction on quality of plate, so it is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. However, the research and development of rolling shear is very difficulty, since the complex structure of the whole rolling shear, the higher requirements on the degree of automation and having many auxiliary mechanisms. At present, the most shearing machines in medium and heavy plate production line in domestic has already been replaced by rolling shear, therefore, the further study and improvement of rolling shear has a great practical significance. The rolling shear is a planar seven bar mechanism with two degrees of freedom. Here we the establish a new mathematical model through the analysis of rolling shear mechanism to study the trajectory of rolling shear, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem, so we can provides a new technical support for the research and developmentof rolling shear.There are two important factors that affect the quality of sheared plate: the shearing overlap and the rolling shear’s horizontal displacement. During the process of rolling cut, if the overlap quantity is too large, causing the force on the blade of steel will be great, the steel plate will be bending, which affect the quality of the sheared plate,while if the overlap quantity is too small, the steel plate will not be cut. If the rolling shear’s horizontal displacement is too large during the process of rolling cut, it will increase the friction between the blade and steel plate, thus affecting shearing quality of the sheared plate and reduce the rolling shear blade life.During the process of rolling cut, the overlap is directly determined by the lowest points of the upper blade which affect stability problems of the overlap. The driving component motion law of rolling shear mechanism is calculated out through the rolling shear dynamic lowest points and the calculation of position vector equation. The length of rolling shear rods is optimizated through the horizontal displacement of rolling shear.Since there are many nonlinear equations in the process of solving the mathematical model, the mathematical model of nonlinear equations is changed. And then the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is employed to solve the problems, which can improvethe efficiency of solution and decrease sensitive to the initial value. The length of rolling shear rods is optimizated through particle swarm optimization algorithm.By this method, the intelligent algorithm is applied to engineering, which is a new instance provided for its application in practice. Solving the motion law of rolling shear provides a new methodfor the study of driving component motion law of rolling shear mechanism, also provides a technical support for the research and development of rolling shear.
