The shortage of copper resources and hindered the development of the copper industry. Increase the utilization of secondary sources of copper slag, to achieve copper industry the cycle of sustainable development is of great significance. Paper aiming at the existing of copper slag treatment process, on the basis of the chlorination process of copper slag, put forward by hydrochloric acid agitation leaching-N902 extraction-electrowinning mention copper process, to the comprehensive recover copper slag chloride dust of valuable metal elements, has certain theoretical significance and industrial applications.In this paper, copper slag chloride dust as raw materials, using hydrochloric acid leaching-N902 extraction-electrowinning hydrometallurgical process to recovery copper from copper slag chloride dust. Research mainly involves three aspects:chloride dust extraction, N902 selective extraction of copper and electrowinning mention copper.the main factors affecting the leaching of copper slag chloride dust were studied. The results showed that, under the conditions of 15% concentration of hydrochloric acid, liquid to solid ratio of 4 mL/g, reaction temperature 60℃ and reaction time 1 h, the copper leaching rate is 98.95%. Meanwhile, leaching rates of iron, nickel and zinc are 91.58%, 95.8% and 93.66%, and the lead leaching rate is low equal to 5.96%. The leaching process realizes the separation of copper and lead effectively.N902 for copper extraction has good selectivity. When mixing time, phase ratio, N902 concentration and the pH value are 120 s,1:1,30% and 3.0 respectively, the copper concentration in the leaching solution decreases from 7.4 g/L to 0.11 g/L, the copper extraction recovery rate is 98.51%, and the extraction rates of iron, nickel, zinc and lead are all lower than 1.5%. Loaded organic phase by sulfuric acid stripping obtained copper sulfate solution, Stripping suitable conditions:extraction compared to O/A of 1:1, H2SO4 concentration of stripping agent solution was 180g/L, mixing time was two minute. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of copper was 96.45%.Study the stripping solution electrowinning copper extraction experiments. The optimum conditions for electrowinning:Cu2+ 40g/L, H2SO4 180g/L, temperature 50℃, current density 150A/m2, pole spacing 9cm, gelatin concentration of 20mg/L, sulfourea concentration of 10 mg/L, Under this condition, the result purity copper cathode 99.98%, and the surface is smooth compact, good toughness.
