The Sary-Bulak Mine in Kyrgyzstan contains many non-ferrous matals, such as copper, tin, antimony, lead, zinc, etc. It has high industrial value. According to the low-grade copper in the ores, it was adopted that the Leaching-Solvent Extraction-Electrowinning Process to extract copper from the ores in this research project.Some leaching processes were compared in this thesis, such as hydrochloric acid leaching, sulphuric acid leaching, filtration leaching ,ammoniacal leaching at atmospheric pressure. It was studied intensively that effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, liquid-solid ratio, the concentration of sulphuric acid, sample size and the addition of oxidant in sulphuric acid leaching on the leaching degree. The leaching degree of copper arrived to 82.2% at the optimized conditions(temperature at 95 degree, time 6h, phase ratio 6:1, 10% H2SO4, sample size below 200#). It was found that the of addition oxidant showed little effect on the leaching degree. Percolation leaching in sulfuric acid concentration of 10% after 56h leaching, Cu leaching rate of 65.5 percent can be achieved, and the leaching rate of Fe low; leaching in sulfuric acid bis countercurrent liquid-solid ratio of 3:1, the temperature is greater than 95℃, a period of four hours neutral leaching, acid leaching bis 3 hours, 8% concentration of sulfuric acid leaching rate of copper around 84 percent, iron leaching rate of 1-3%, the end of leaching solution pH of about 1.5.Equation of kinetics are respectively by studying the kinetics of leaching ores in sulphuric acid:The first stage ( 0-15min) :The second stage (15-240 min)It was determined that effects of extraction time, pH value of solution, O/A ratio, extractant concentration on the percentage extraction. The one-stage extraction degree of copper is 96.34% obtained at the optimal conditions(time 4min, pH=2.5, O/A=1, extractant concentration 5%) which attained from the initial experiments.The influencing factors such as stipping time, O/A ratio, of stipping degree were also studied. At the following conditions: 10min, O/A=5, The one-stage stipping degree of copper is 100%. The concentration of copper arrived to 38.33g/L at last.In addition, disposal the sulphuric acid leaching solution by electrowinning of controlling cathodic potential was also studied. At the following conditions: controlling the cathode voltage below 500mV, Cul-2g/L, 180g/LH2SO4, sponge copper in which the concentration of copper is above 99% was obtained.
