The Research And Analysis Of Bamboo’s Clean And Efficient Processing Technology Used In Outdoor Furniture

In order to solve the issue that outdoor bamboo furniture can’t easy to transport because of the big quality and easy to rot mildew, the subject make the exploratory test pointing to the drilling process innovation from several aspects: "bamboo drying", "bamboo stability", "bamboo drug loading" and "bamboo density" on the basic of bamboo’s hydrothermal treatment. The experiment is divided into three main parts: 1) Analysis about the the mechanical properties of bamboo which is in different parts and different age with boiled softening. 2) The research about different drilling process bamboo as amended, hydrothermal treatment, anti-corrosion treatment, drying and mechanical performance with experiment testing. According to the data analysis about the water absorption rate, penetration, drying efficiency, drug loading, static bending strength and elastic modulus of drilling bamboo. 3) By analyzing the problems occured during the research process, such as: recycling of waste materials of bamboo, collection of water, smoke vapor durig boiled and corrosion process and so on. In order to solve these problems, we design and development a recycle and efficient boiler plant--the smoke removal boiler device with reflective mist in its chimney. And the experimental results show that:1) Boiled softening experimental treatment can effectively reduce the intensity of bamboo, to increase its toughness and plasticity. 5.5-year-old bamboo is not available for flattening bamboo bamboo shape, 1.5-year-old bamboo do not apply to the load-bearing substrates and outdoor timber. From the base to the tip of bamboo, its mechanical properties and stability increases, on the contrary, its processing difficulty and boiled to soften time also increases.2) The impact of the drilling process on the quality of bamboo: Hole spacing> Arrange> Aperture. When the hole spacing is 10 mm, a pore diameter of 4mm, and arranged with a through hole shaped hole S-B, the bamboo make a greatest change in the quality; When the hole spacing of 20 mm, aperture of 2mm, arranged for the same type of full-obturator S-A and S-C, the bamboo make a minimal change in the quality.(Here bamboo yellow and green can not considered because of its little impact on the bamboo quality).3) Boiled softening experimental treatment with drilling bamboo, it exhibits water absorption rate fast and high permeability when the hole spacing of 10 mm, arranged for F and hole spacing 20 mm, arranged for E; When the hole spacing of 20 mm, arranged for E, the drying efficiency increase significantly. The bamboo yellow and green have little affect on drilling bamboo performance, so we can ignore them.4) Under different hole spacing and aperture, drug loading s the largest with arrangement of S-B, because the arrangement of drilling bamboo have a strong affect on drug loading by itself. With the same arrangement, Pore size and pore spacing have a common and interact influence on drilling bamboo’s drug loading. When the drug reaches saturation, obturator drilling bamboo drug greater than the through-hole drilling bamboo. At the beginning of corrosion resistance test, absorption rate is a key factor in the impact of drug loading, because the more large cross-section, the faster the absorption, then at the same time, the more the drug loading. At the final of corrosion resistance test, when the drug reaches saturation, bamboo intrinsic cellular content is a key factor affecting the amount of drug.5) The smoke removal boiler device with reflective mist in its chimney, significantly strengthened the boiler smoke removal treatment effect, greatly reducing emissions and smoke discharge rate, promoting recycling and the use of water vapor. At the same time, The use of bamboo processing residues as raw material burning boiler, you can save the cost of production and processing, energy saving and environmental protection.All in all, outdoor bamboo furniture raw materials selected on the basis of 2 sides. Firstly, considering the bamboo itself, select the 3.5-year-old in the middle of bamboo as a raw material which has a good performance and low cost.
