A Design Of The Coke Dedusting Control System Based On PLC

With the new environmental protection policies wereput into effect and the people’s enviromental protection consciousness imrpoving。 the high requirements to the coke dedusting effect is put forward. And nowadays。 the coke factories lay more attentions to effectively solve the polution of the smoking and dust.Based on the productive process of a coking plant。 this article describes the hardware configuration of the coke dedusting control system based on PLC。 including determineing the type of PLC I/Os and the final selection of the modules’ types. This article introduces the design and optimization procedure of hardware and software of the control sytem。 including the PC monitor。 the network system. The control system is designed by using the S7-400 PLC。 and the harwares selected。 the configuratoin of the system and the main fuctions are introduced. Redundancy design of the hardware system enhances the reliability of the system. The system’s software design is adopted the STEP-7 laguages of the SIMENS Inc.。 and the PC monitoring pictures are designed with the WINCC of the same Inc. The designed system realizes the high availability of automation。 improved operation performance and realized data connection of each control station. The system has the powerful online performance testing and guidance and accident analysis method and efficient and convenient system online maintenance. The design is helpful for realize the inetgration of management and control.Analyzing the design and structure of system software。 the software design thinking and the program flowcharts are given in this paper。 along with the monitoring pictures on PC. The software is disigned by using the modularity program thinking。 which makes the logic relationships of the software design simple and clear. The system has the functions of the online performance detection。 troubls analysis and the high active and convinient online system maintenance. Especially the introducing of the exaime and repair mode and the tiny cycle control makes the program flexible。 and can provide a set of good control system scheme with efficient and competitive and high social benefit and economic benefit for users.The system has been applied in producing field。 and achieved good effect。 and shows a good potential of popularization.
