CDQ process is a key step in Coking production. Red cokes from coking produce are sent.bya lift to the loading device at the top of the furnace.Then the circulating fan insufflates low temperature inert gas to the cooling layer of the furnace, and absorb heat from the red cokes. After cooling, cokes are expelled from the bottom of the furnace. The high temperature inert gas comes out from the annular flue of the furnace to exchange the heat in the boiler, and the steam produced in boiler can generate electricity through the steam dynamo, the cooled inert gas is insufflated to the furnace by the circulating fan again. The inert gas is recycled in a closed system.Xinyu Iron and Steel Company's existing CDQ 3,3# CDQ system designed to produce 155t/h,1#,2# CDQ is 90t/h. In this paper, Xinyu Iron and Steel Company 3# Coke Dry Quenching (155t/h) of this new process, design and implementation of automatic control systems CDQ body. Basic automation level to Simatic S7-400 H Programmable Controller redundant system is as the core. In the host computer via WinCC complete monitoring system designed to provide good interactive interface.CDQ project put into operation so far, according to the scene of the operation point of view, this article CDQ automatic control system is reliable, CDQ upgrade, walk the line and into the system to achieve a fully automatic operation, to achieve unattended, and maintain normal production rhythm, drum level regulation on so very smooth, stored chamber pressure stability, temperature and pressure steam generator to fully meet requirements.
