Hot rolled strip has the maximum yield and most widely used in the varieties of steel products. Good surface quality is one of the most important user quality index of hot rolled strip, steel sheet iron pressed into the defects are the most prone to hot strip production process. Due to the factors of rolled leatherpressed into the defects that affect the complexity and diversity of hot rolled strip,production enterprises to completely avoid iron pressure into the defect is very difficult in the production process, so the research and development and technical personnel of iron and steel industry for iron pressed into the defects are more and more research.Scale of hot rolled strip according to the production area is divided into first time scale, second times and third times scale. First time scale and second times scale can be removed by the high-pressure descaling water, and the three times scale is very easy to be crushed and pressed into strip roll surface pitting scale defect,especially more serious when the Finishing mill roll surface oxide film off. Roll film will fall off in the rolling process due to the fatigue stress, the friction stress and the thermal stress. Roll film detachment associated with factors of load distribution of the mill,rolling temperature, cooling water roll, roll friction coefficient.This paper is based on the generation mechanism of the scale, and combinate the The production process of the 1580 lines ofAnshan Iron and steel, Analysis and research the pitting scale Importantly.
