In response to the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction, the CNOOC Tianjin Branch has formulated a corresponding program for QK17-2oil field and it has been implemented. The program requires that part of production sewage of QK17-2can be used for transportation with crude oil, and the rest should be used to inject into the formation on the spot after treatment. This mode can reduce the pressure of production sewage treatment of central platform QK18-1and reduce sewage emissions, which also meet part of the demand of QK17-2water injection, then to reduce the exploitation of groundwater as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.However, due to the limited space and rigorous demanding of new system’s equipment and water treatment chemicals selection, the sewage after treatment often substandard, mainly in the oil content, suspended solids, particles and other indicators which exceeded the standard, and it is not compatible when mixed with groundwater in reinjection. So the processing ability is smaller than the designed requirement, the amount of reinjection is not improved which slows down the recovery of formation energy.This thesis carries out a comprehensive analysis and research aiming at the performance of QK17-2oilfield production sewage and reinjection system through theoretical research, field investigation, laboratory test and field experiment, which mainly in the following:(1) The basic data and related indexes for designing and operation of the QK17-2oilfield production sewage and reinjection system are collected through the field investigation. What’s more, the main problems of the sewage treatment system at present have been clear about through the sample analysis and the scene of the first-hand data is obtained.(2) Targeted analysis of the key equipment’problems are made. Mainly include:analysis of the dehydration effect of production separator after the transformation and the existence of problem, research on shortage of unicontrol for gas liquid cylindrical cyclone separator (GLCC) and the optimization measures, research of the hydrocyclone treatment bottleneck, analysis of abnormal gas flotation device and treatment measures, ransformation for fine filter optimization experiment, reason analysis on the restriction of the close drain treatment and the solution to it, and so on.(3) Based on the analysis of the whole production sewage system process, related pharmaceutical pilot and field experiments have been carried out and optimization measurements are formulated according to the experimental results.Through the above works, the paper finally puts forward the process adjustment and optimization scheme, which provides the basis and reference for oilfield stable production, dynamic analysis, plan adjustment and effective guidance of the scientific and reasonable development of the QK17-2oilfield.
