In recent years,Beijing has been developing rapidly,and the economy and population have been rising.As the world's urban construction and the advancement of deputy city center construction as sewage disposal of urban infrastructure and reclaimed water reuse engineering construction is still lagged behind the development of social economy.Mainly displays in:(1)increasing original sewage pipe network range beyond the existing sewage treatment plant capacity,part of the sewage treatment plant the more frequent flow phenomenon;(2)new rebuilt residential sewage pipe network construction lag,the sewage treatment coverage blind area in urban-rural fringe existed,raw sewage directly discharged into the river and sewage leakage phenomenon;(3)the design of water quality standards in existing wastewater treatment plants shall not meet the requirements of surface water environment;(4)the construction of renewable water treatment and recycling capacity is inadequate,and the amount of water available for the environment cannot meet the ecological needs of the river.This study mainly to Beijing the city by the river,qinghe,dam HuiHe and four cold water river basin,through the analysis of population,economy,and four in the basin is a basin during the period of the current situation of sewage treatment plant and much starker choices-and graver consequences-in upgraded or planning the operation of sewage treatment plant,processing technology,sewage treatment,etc.,and analysis and in key river basin water quality,etc.,it is concluded that the four river sewage treatment plant overall load rate is 95.95%,but an unbalanced in spatial distribution part of the sewage treatment plant is in a state of overload operation in general;Sewage collection rate is only 85.5%,resulting in a large number of raw sewage into the river,especially the rings outside area;Status quo of the four big river sewage treatment capacity of 2.914 million m3/d,and the discharge of sewage accounting for 3.407 million m3/d,the gap of 493,000 m3/d.Four big river sewage treatment capacity in 2020 is expected to reach 4.97 million m3/d,and the sewage discharge measurement will reach 4.64 million m3/d,all can meet each basin processing capabilities,but the margin is not much.According to the existing problems,puts forward four river sewage treatment facilities construction and urban development in the future are proposed.
