With the rapid development of the economy,the world demand for more natural gas. According to the authoritative expected, natural gas will be the main source in twenty-first Century. In recent years,although the natural gas industry of our country has made great progress, but the overall level is still relatively low. Therefore,the natural gas development has a great space. In the process of exploitation of natural gas,hydrate formation problem has brought a series of difficulties to the gas well production such as tubing blocked,metering orifice, the ground pipeline and blocking device of heat conduction and other hazards. These problems will seriously affect the normal production of gas wells,which is threatening the people and equipment safety.Shale gas belongs to the low permeability and tight sandstone gas. Research shows that,China geological conditions have developed a lot of shale gas,a preliminary calculation that Chinese shale gas resources is about (15-30)*1012m3. In recent years,along with the influence of American shale gas revolution,shale gas has developed large-scale in China, however, our country shale gas exploration and development key technology is still in a backward state. How to better the development of shale gas has become a major problem.In view of this situation,this paper carries out the study on natural gas hydrate formation mechanism and control technology,analyzes and summarizes the basic principle of downhole throttling technology,and the well-bore pressure and temperature prediction model,the prediction model and the hydrate formation prediction model,design principle of downhole throttle parameters. Based on this,the model and simulation software Fluent combined with production practice.simulating the downhole throttling process,combined with the simulation results of the flow state,regularity and characteristic were analyzed and summarized. In this paper,the actual production data will also be introduced to this model,gets the operation of downhole throttle technology parameters,then compare with the actual process parameter,in order to optimize and improve the model.In this paper,the well-bore temperature and pressure prediction error of the model simulation results with the actual production data is within the allowed range,and it can be well applied in the practical engineering. The error between the calculations of throttling process parameter design method of the theoretical results with the actual production situation also within the allowed range,so it is a kind of effective and feasible design method. In addition,the theoretical analysis of the calculation results based on the fluent software to establish the model and the basic line,it is important to the throttle shaft flow field and nozzle flow.This research has a significance guiding affect for prediction and prevention of natural gas hydrate formation in shale.
