| Three-dimensional structure of textile composite material is a kind of advanced composite materials and can offer excellent mechanical properties and design-versatility., in which the three dimensional whole textile fabrics is used as enhancement phase. Now it is widely used in aerospace ships, vehicles, construction and other fields, and gradually develops to large bearing components and the main bearing components. 3 d woven composite material is a kind of 3-d textile structural composites, the woven structure in warp and weft direction has good dimensional stability and a higher bulk density, and can effectively solve the problems of the traditional laminated plate composite,such as the low interlaminar strength, poor shock resistance,and the defects of using layered problems. At present, the 3 d woven composites have been paid considerable attention, owing to their unique structure and extraordinarily properties.Basalt continuous filament is a new kind of inorganic fiber with high performance, having high tensile strength, large temperature range(-269 ~ 700 ℃), and good acid resistance, low water absorption performance, environmental adaptation performance, good stress wave absorption and stress wave spread performance, and is known as the 21 st century high-tech fibers, In some application fields the carbon fiber can be completely replaced by the basalt continuous filament as the reinforced material of composite, so the three-dimensional woven basalt fiber composite material will be are highly appreciated.In this paper, at first, three kinds of 3 d woven fabrics in the normal orthogonal structure,layered angle interlocking structure, and through angle interlocking structure, which using the basalt continuous filament as warp and weft, were woven on the loom for weaving small sample with reasonable design. Then the vinyl ester resin was used as matrix, and the VARTM molding process was selected to prepare the three different structure of 3 d woven basalt fiber composite materials. Then through universal test machine, the tensile, bending and impact properties of the materials were tested, and mechanical performance parameters of the materials had been got, the results showed that the preparation of three kinds of structure of 3d woven basalt fiber composite material mechanical performance was excellent, but 3d woven fabric reinforced structure was different, the mechanical properties of the composite material had very big difference, a comparative analysis and discussion were made in detail in this paper.What’s more, not only the experiment method but also the finite element simulation was adopt to research the 3d woven basalt fiber composite materials in this paper, and the reasonable finite element models of the 3d woven basalt fiber composite materials were established using the ANSYS software. The experiment process of the tensile, bending were simulated, and the simulation results had good consistency with the experimental results,which showed that the model was reasonable, In addition, the method of finite element simulation could not only present the damage on the surface of the material, but also could present the internal force, so that the mechanical properties of the composites research was made more deeply. |
