Angle has been widely used in today’s society which is common in the structure of architecture and engineering, such as bridge, hoisting machinery, ships and so on.Straightening is an essential part of the steel production process and affects the quality and accuracy of shape steel. With the rapid development of the society, the requirement of angle quality is more and more high and angle straightening technology is more and more important, so it is necessary to conduct the research of angle straightening theory. At first, this issue applys the elastoplastic straightening theory to the equilateral angle steel straightening process, sets up structure parameter models of angle straightening machine and force parameter models of the process, which includ the roll pitch, roll diameter, roll number, roll length, straightening speed, the straightening force, the straightening power etc.The paper sets up reasonable rolling schedule and study on the reasonable theory extension of unequal angle. The issue conducts dynamic finite element simulation of equilateral and unequal angle steel with the theory parameter model and the reduction schedule by ANSYS-LS/DYNA.It comparises the results of simulation and theretical model and determines the rationality of theretical model and reduction schedule.Combined with theretical model, results of finite simulation and the existing theory design experience of steel straightening machine, model the angle straightening machine and apply 3D printing technology to micro stereolithography. The reseach provides important theoretical and practical references for angle straightening theory, models and machine design which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
