Bag filter as the most effective the dust removal equipment is widely used in various industrial production, because of its steady operation, using flexible, simple operation, high efficiency of dust collection,etc. Bag filter is mainly composed of cabinet and filter bag components, cabinets mainly provide filtering environment and Filter bag component which is composed of filter bag and cage bone is the main gas filter dust. Filter bag is the key element which determines the dust collecting efficiency. In the 1980 s, bag filter accomplish large-scale. So the filter bag is longer,flexible of the filter bag is bigger. However, because of the flexible suspension structure of the filter bag, the neighboring filter bags may collide with each other due to the gas flow and it would lead to accidents of bag breaking. It lead to failure about bag filter. At the same time, the enterprise which uses these products will also be shutdown to overhaul, regulatory fines, reputation and market competitive of dust product and product design fall. So, Researching characteristics of filter bag vibration can improve the safety operation of the bag filter which has very important theoretical and realistic significance.In this paper, the fluid-structure coupling method is used to make a preliminary research about the filter bag vibration. Due to the particularity of filter bag structure and working mechanism, related research at home and abroad for reference of the literature is relatively rare. The research content and results as follows:(1) According to the real structure of bag filter and the filter bag, bag filter and the filter bag component simulation model are set up.(2) The length of the filter bag is important factors which effect on the amplitude of filter bag vibration, because of area and dust capacity increase. The result show that the longer filter bag is, the great the amplitude of filter bag vibration is under the same impact of airflow. So it is necessary to analyze the filter bag vibration for the large bag filter. And different working conditions are the main factors which influencing amplitude of the filter bag vibration. So, the greater inlet velocity is, the greater amplitude of filter bag vibration is. When the inlet velocity reaches a certainvalue, part of the adjacent filter bag can collide with each other, the filter bag will break faster. This indicates improved regulation of the inlet velocity and improvement in the uniformity of the internal flow can effectively reduce bag breaking incidents.These would also provide considerable benefits by saving the cost of replacing filter bags.(3) Bag filter processing air is variable, the processing of bag filter is proportional to the inlet air flow. So, the inlet of bag filter is set to the sine speed. the filter bag vibration is researched by changing frequency of the inlet velocity. The result show that when frequency of the inlet velocity is equal to the natural frequency of the filter bag, the amplitude of filter bag vibration is larger, when frequency of the inlet velocity is away from the natural frequency of the filter bag, the amplitude of filter bag vibration decreases. So the frequency of the inlet velocity should be away from the natural frequency to reduce the vibration of the filter bag.The research of the filter bag vibration can clearly show that the air distribution influence law and amplitude of different filter bag vibration.
