| For the adjustment component screw and nut applied to heavy duty pressure, mating threaded screw and nut face contact surface morphology inconsistent so that the contact status of screw surface is different. The accuracy and stationarity of the press template full stroke movement are severe affected. Especially for multi-point press of multiple sets adjustment component, the connection of surface topography inconsistency between each set screw and nut thread surface has a significant impact on the accuracy of the mold. Because such a long pitch thread workpiece are non-standard parts with large size, long pitch, wide and deep tooth type, long axial length. The main processing way is lathe turning, the tool vibration and tool wear in machining process seriously damage the thread machined surface morphology consistency. So designing reasonable technology to increase long pitch thread surface morphology consistency has important significance.In this paper, in order to improve the long pitch thread machined surface morphology consistency, aiming at the technology manufacturer of long pitch thread workpiece, the following studies for turning long pitch thread machined surface morphology are researched.By analyzing turning long pitch thread technology system composition, motion constraints, tool angles constraints and cutting dynamics constraints between machine tools, cutting tools and workpieces, tested by turning long pitch thread experiment, were established. The results show that tool vibration affects the wave curves density of thread machined surface morphology along cutting direction. And tool wear affects the wave curves density of thread machined surface morphology along axial and radial directions.According to the formation of surface morphology of turning long pitch thread machine, geometric models of screw machined surface are established. With proposing the connotation of screw machined surface morphology consistency and providing the consensus algorithm of thread machined surface morphology, and the factors that affect the consistence of thread machined surface morphology parameter along radial, tangential and axial direction are analyzed.According to the relationship of relative motion between the tool and workpiece, simulation model attaches on thread machined surface topography are established. The thread machined surface topography simulation model under the effect of tool vibration and tool wear, tested by experiment of vibration and tool wear in long pitch thread turning, are established respectively, and the authentic is verified.By the analysis of the effect of tool vibration and wear on the thread machined surface topography, thread machined surface topography simulation model were established under the action of multivariate. Using the grey system theory, the sensitivity of design variables are gained. Thread machined surface topography conformity process design, tested is proposed. The superiority of the new technology is verified through the technology experiment. |
