Study On Land Reclamation In Welling Coal Mining Area

Our country has a vast territory and large total amount of land resources. However, due to the large population and less cultivated land, China’s per capita occupancy volume of land resources is far below the world average, the reserve resources of cultivated land are seriously inadequate. With the rapid development of social economy and the increasingly grows of population, leading to the contradictory relations between people and land become more and more acute.China is the third biggest country in mining fields, and is also the largest coal consuming country in the world, has great demand of energy. So the large-scale and high strength of mining coal resources, causing massive damage to the land by coverage, excavating destruction, taking up, pollution and collapse, and the extent of the damage is different. Be accompanied by serious environmental problems, to some extent, it directly affects the safety of land resource. In order to effectively relieve the contradictory relations between human and land, effectively manage the ecological and environmental problems, and protect the limited land resources, land reclamation is imperative to do it. The design of land reclamation planning is rigorous. The scientific forecasting of the land range which damaged by mining, and do a good job of reclamation suitability evaluation is the basis and premise to determine the reclamation direction. And the planning and design which made on this basis possess feasibility and instructive.Firstly, this paper introduced the background of land reclamation research, significance and research progress at home and abroad. To explain the basic concepts and relevant theoretical basis of land reclamation, and to introduce the evaluation of quality gradation of forest land, and the evaluation of quality gradation of cultivated land.Secondly, to explain some relevant contents of land reclamation, including the suitability evaluation of land reclamation, the reclamation planning and design, the evaluation of quality gradation of forest land, and the evaluation of quality gradation of cultivated land. To analyze each module’s theories, principles, methods, index system, the basic parameters and so on.Finally, this paper selected Long Chi coal mine which is in Luoping County as an example to do the research, focused on applying the theory and technology to the instance, to do research and demonstration combined with the this area.When selecting the factors in evaluation of suitability of reclamation in suitability evaluation of land reclamation, this paper not only uses the traditional land reclamation suitability evaluation factors, including soil texture, terrain slope, soil organic matter and so on, but also adds damage degree factors of pertinence and operability, selected 10 evaluation factors in total. With the help of YAAHP, a software, to build a hierarchical model and judgment matrix, to satisfy the consistency requirements of judgment matrix, and to calculate the weight of each factor’s. In terms of division of the evaluation unit, breaking the previous criteria for the classification, to select more reasonable criteria for the classification-secondary evaluation unit. Referring to the criteria of evaluation factor scoring and the standard of evaluation results gradation, to use ArcGIS to complete suitability evaluation of land reclamation, and determine land reclamation using direction of each block. According to the analysis of results, the majority of grassland and bare land have been developed to cultivated land or forest land, improving the land utilization, and increasing the amount of cultivated land.In the reclamation work, to make the planning and design on the reclamation area, and to make rational distribution of farmland water conservancy facilities and roads in farmland, improving production and living conditions of the study area. Farmers actively involved in the production, to improve soil structure, over time, the quality of cultivated land will be improved. In order to grasp the changes of cultivated land quality before and after reclamation, this paper referenced on previous results of agricultural land classification, combined with the characteristics of land reclamation of mining area, strictly abided by the principles and requirements of evaluation, to evaluate the quality gradation of cultivated land after reclamation.In land industry, there is little attention on the quality of forest land. However, the exploitation of the mine will cause damage of forest land to a certain extent. In order to grasp the changes of forest land quality before and after reclamation, this paper attempted to evaluate the quality grade of forest land, to analyze the changes of forest land quality before and after reclamation. Through the test, providing a theoretical basis, to pay attention to the quality of forest land in reclamation work in the future, truly concern about the quality of forest, take effective measures to improve the quality of forest land, and truly protect the land and ecological environment.
