The current coal-fired thermal power installed capacity increased, nitrogen oxide emissions increased its. Nitrogen oxide is one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere. Can cause respiratory diseases in human and animal, also can cause a series of environmental problems, such as photo-chemical smog, acid rain, destruction of the ozone layer.Environmental situation is quite grim, if not to take timely and effective measures, will seriously affect the healthy development of economic and social Chinese. In order to reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides,technology has been unable to meet environmental emission control requirements of low NOx combustion commonly used in domestic power industry furnace. SCR flue gas denitrification technology is the most mature and used the most widely adopted method. Catalyst is the core of SCR, its performance will directly affect the overall SCR denitrification system.However,SCRcatalyst removal denitrification technology, has high cost, short service life, abandoned after two times the pollution of the environment these three characteristics. This also makes the development of domestic SCR flue gasdenitration technology into the bottleneck period.Based on existing research at home and abroad,first of all, from the aspects of principle, SCR technology process, device layout introduced SCR flue gas denitration process and catalyst regeneration principle and process.Secondly, the removal of regeneration technology of denitration catalyst for economic efficiency analysis and the appraisal to the SCR. Thirdly, combine with the Taicang power plant SCR denitration catalyst regeneration project, research project design conditions and catalyst regeneration process system, theregenerated catalyst engineering practice effect and environment benefit are analyzed.Finally, according to the results of the analysis to make the economic evaluation of the project. The results show that, the analysis of the SCR removal denitrification catalyst regeneration technology can not only promote the thermal power industry out of stock system in our country, reduce the two times the pollution of the environment, but also for other similar developing countries to reduce the thermal power plant flue gas denitrification operation cost.In the end the combination of domestic industrial policy suggestions to improve the economic benefits of the project of catalyst regeneration.
