Rose is widely grown in the country, As Pinyin rose, and Lanzhou Yongdeng County of Gansu Province town of grievances Pinyin Jinan City, Shandong Province rose grievances. Rose is mainly used for domestic food additives and refined rose oil, rose oil liquid gold reputation, higher than an equal weight of gold value, used for skin care products to add, food additives, chemical and other industries.Domestic refined oil rose more traditional distillation method, because no chemicals used, the method of production of rose oil quality is more safe and high quality. But its industrial production is bound to generate a lot of waste water, the current level of technology still cannot meet the national environmental standards, the manufacturers arbitrary row misplacing widespread, the issue has been present throughout the rose oil manufacturers worry solved. Rose oil processing resulting high content of organic matter in wastewater directly discharged water will naturally COD(chemical oxygen demand), BOD(biological oxygen demand) value increased significantly, and in turn causing serious environmental pollution. By studying the material composition and processing income rose water, and found the majority of organic contaminants is worth recycling materials, such as rose pigment, rose flavonoids, polysaccharides, such as roses. In this paper, the resulting wastewater Gansu Province of Yongdeng grievances rose oil processing as the test object, the extraction of the pigment wastewater purification and recycling system were studied; the main contents are as follows:1. grievances rose oil processing waste as raw material income, Rose Pigment extraction rate was measured by high performance liquid chromatography to study the effects of different factors on a single rose pigment extraction, using response surface curves on the basis of single factor test law of the key factors affecting the process and their interactions were analyzed using SPSS software rose Pigment extraction process to optimize the extraction process to determine the optimum parameters for rose Pigment : 0 to 7 days storage time, temperature and concentrated 60 ℃, ethanol concentration of 80%, pH = 3.5, extracted 3 times. The results showed that: p H value rose distillation grievances arising from the production of rose oil extraction rate of pigment wastewater greatest impact, followed by ethanol concentration, storage time with minimal impact.2. Rose pigment crude extract using organic solvents and microporous resin and then purified by thin-layer chromatography, UV- visible absorption spectrum. Infrared spectroscopy and HPLC purified pigment of roses qualitative and quantitative analysis, including HPLC conditions : DIONEX Acclaim C18 5μm 120A0 4.6 × 150 mm, injection volume of 10μL, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the wavelength range of 200nm-700 nm, detection wavelength of 520 nm, the flow rate of 1.0mL / min, mobile phase a methanol( phosphate adjusted to pH 2.5), mobile phase B: acetonitrile + water(5: 95, V / V; phosphoric acid to adjust the pH value 2.5) : gradient elution. The results showed that the main component of grievances rose red pigment for Maldivian-3-Oglucoside.3. Natural pigment in the preservation and use of the process, severely affected the environment, stability will also change. In this study, through the study of pH, temperature, light intensity, food additives, metal ions and oxidizing and reducing agents of grievances rose red pigment anthocyanin stability, providing conditions for its preservation and use of reference values. Which, at high pH values, higher temperatures, greater light intensity conditions, grievances rose water more easily recovered from the pigment degradation; Research in food additives on the stability of grievances rose pigment found, salt, sugar, benzene sodium rose pigment stability of grievances had little effect;In research studies of metal ions on the stability of grievances rose pigment found, Ca + and AL3 + have a role to increase the stability of the pigment, Zn2 + has little effect on the stability of the pigment, and Mg2 + and Fe3 + can accelerate their degradation, especially if the solution in the presence of Fe3+ to generate dark green precipitate; high concentrations of reducing agent and oxidizing agent can be a decrease in the stability of the pigment..
