Six single coals of XinJiang and four types blending coals are tested by the 2kg test coke oven under conventional coking and stamp-charging coking process and the effect of two different process are investigated in the paper. It turned out that,compared with tamping coking ones,the CRI values of single coals are increased by an average of 5% and the CSR values are increased by 6% under the conventional coking process. The effect of two process on the structural strength and the microstrengh of coke are very complex.Under the conventional coking, the maximum improved values of structure strength and microstrength of fat and lean coal coke can get to 0.11%, while the microstrength values of coking coal and 1/3 coking coal are slightly reduced. The structural strength are improved and the values of fat coal are improved significantly by 0.44%.As to the blending coals, the structure strength and microstrength values of cokes under stamp-charging coking process are all improved,and the structure strength values of 4# blending coal are greatestly increased by0.13%. For the blending coals, The quantity of isotropic texture is increased,anisotropic texture are reduced and the quality of coke are improved. For 1# blending coal, The quantity of fine mosaic texture are decreased by 1.9%, the one of coarse mosaic is decreased by 2.6%, the one of fibrous texture is increased by 0.7%, the one of isotropic texture is increased by 5.6%, the one of leaflet texture is decreased by1.1%, The one of fusinite and frag mental texture is decreased by 0.7%. CRI value is improved by 2.0% and the CSR value is improved by 4%; For the 3# blending coals,the quantity of fine mosaic texture is increased by 1.0%, the one of coarse mosaic is increased by 2.3%, the one of isotropic texture is increased by 1.7%, the one of completely fibrous texture is increased by 0.4%, the one of leaflet texture is increase by 0.2%, the one of fusinite and frag mental texture is decrease by 1.0%, The CRI value is improved by 9%, and the CSR value is improved by 4%.
