Unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine(UDMH) is the main liquid rocket propellant. There are plenty of toxic and stable contaminations in its wastewater.Its harmful influence had being considered.Nowadays disposal technology of wastewater containing UDMH had plenty of disadvantages,such as high energy consuming,low safety factor,numerous secondary contamination, strong toxicity, and so on.lt was necessary to find a new way for wastewater disposal. Currently UDMH sewage treatment methods are divided into the following three:(1) Chemical methods:The ozone or the catalyst of micro-nano structure and a higher specific surface area degradation of UDMH by a redox reaction, electrochemical reaction or photochemical reactions;(2) Physical methods:Activated carbon adsorbent or ion exchange resin removal of UDMH by adsorption and ion exchange, then removed UDMH by heating;(3) Biological method:Algae and microbiological have sewage purification capacity sewage purification by metabolism.Firstly this article degradation of UDMH with chemical method:silver doped TiO2 nano-particles degradation of UDMH by photochemical reaction catalytic. We prepared different mass ratio of silver doped titanium dioxide nanoparticles by sol-gel, Test results By SEM, TEM and BET show that the particle size 20-50nm,the particle size increased with the increase in the amount of silver doped,the test results of XRD show that titania polymorph varies with the increment of silver.Then we degradation of UDMH for three hours by UV photocatalytic, studies have shown that the TiO2/5wt%Ag degrade best.Based on the experiment above,polyurethane foam as a template for preparing C/CNTs composite foams,then the prepared C/CNTs composite foams was placed in sulfuric acid acidification, the morphology and mesoporous structure of the C/CNTs were characterized by SEM and BET.The Picture shows that the composite foam material can meet natural light penetrates from multiple directions and internal scattering,then in the surface modification of TiO2/5wt% Ag preparation for C/CNTs/TiO2/5wt% Ag composite foam,the TiO2/5wt% Ag nanoparticles were modified in the surface of the C/CNTs by SEM successfully.Then we degradation of UDMH for three hours by UV photocatalytic,the Studies have shown that the C /CNTs/TiO2/Ag degradation of UDMH has some effect by UV photocatalytic,the amount of degradation increases with increasing time,but degradation rate is more and more slowly.Then adsorption of UDMH by physical methods:Preparation of polymer nanotube P-DVB as ion exchange resins removal of UDMH by adsorption and ion exchange.First, a three-dimensional net-like chunks nanotube polymer was prepared,then P-DVB is sulfonated as a sulfonated ion exchange resin (PNTs-SO3H),the PNTS-SO3H have bamboo-like hollow structure by SEM, TEM and BET.Their large specific surface area and hollow structure helps adsorption,Adsorption isotherm indicate PNTS-SO3H have strong adsorption capacity;Then we did a copolymer of styrene content of different divinylbenzene under cationic polymerization conditions,the polymerization mechanism was explored by studying their morphology.The results show that the C/CNTs/5 wt% Ag/TiO2 composite foam and PNTs-SO3H two materials in the treatment of UDMH is said to have the application effect of sewage.
