Study On The Rapid Processing For Leaking UDMH

In order to solve leakage problem of UDMH,proposed use of a gelling agent that was formed in a short time of UDMH gel solid,reduce the fluidity,permeability and volatile treatment.Based on the comparative study of a variety of gelling agent,developed a gel formulation screening.The main components of gel were two kingds of modified cellulose add bromophenol blue processing superfine silica fiber poeder,the three component ratio was 2:1:3.The testing proved that,the hybrid gelling agent for UDMH has good gelling curing effect,could reduce the UDMH volatile safetily,gel mixture could be directly used the incineration and the treatment of tail gas pollution was smally.Study the gel application,directly copy the use of dry powder fire extinguisher cylinder packaging adhesive and testing,results showed that high pressure injection method could meet the requirements for leak aging of UDMH gelling agent processing.
