Rapid economic growth has led to increasingly serious environmental issues, view from the "Thirteenth five-year" plan our government pay more attention to energy conservation,especially to the phase-out type and small boilers (kilns) which will be shut down.The kiln reconstruction to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in a Non-ferrous metal smelting enterprise located in north Anhui was studied in this paper.Reconstruction project mainly from two aspects.energy saving and emission reduction.Energy saving mainly through increasing the subsequent part of the waste heat recovery equipment and cloud control energy consumption monitoring system platform.Emission reduction mainly form add a more efficient FGD facilities-blister smoke gas desulphurization tower.The following are the transformation of these three aspects to elaborate.1.Heat Recovery EquipmentIn the original process,high temperature gas come from the furnace was discharged directly into the atmosphere,which causing a great waste of energy.Now an additional heat exchanger which is installed behind the flue gas outlet can recycle flue gas heat,can make the exhaust flue gas temperature decreased from 800 ℃ to 525 ℃, the heat converted into steam for factory district employees live (cafeteria, bathrooms, etc.) and other production processes which require heat. This transformation will save 422.44 tons of standard coal per year,energy efficiency of this transformation can cover the investment of the exchanger in two years after calculation. Currently, the energy saving section has been completed, the waste heat recovery has been achieved.2.Intelligent Cloud Control energy consumption monitoring platformIntelligent cloud system control energy consumption monitoring platform is divided into hardware and software, hardware is the data acquisition for information terminals, software includes GPRS communications network, the monitoring center and so on.Data collection information terminal includesrimproved water, electricity, steam meters, and other measuring instruments,sensors,acquisition,GPRS Modem,etc.Intelligent cloud control energy consumption monitoring system platform based on GPRS wireless transmission technology,the platform can make real-time online monitoring of all types of energy consumption data(water,electricity,gas,etc.)come true,check day,month,year energy consumption reports,ensuring data reliable and provide true data for subsequent energy audits,energy publicity,carbon trading.This section has been completed,enabling real-time monitoring of projects in the energy consumption of cloud data.3.blister desulphurization towerThe primary element of the equally spaced horizontal plate inside the bubble cap desulfurization dusting tower is cylindrical bubble cap. A downcomer which is a certain height higer than the tray was casted near the shell every layer, the certain height just rightly form a weir which will keep a certain depth of flowing liquid(used to fully react with sulfurous gas) on the tray. Alkali liquor with a moderate amount of surfactant was used as the absorption liquid. While the gas diffusing through each layer’s liquid seal from bottom to top, numberous bubble.generated from the small hole or slot in lower edge of the bubble cap will return to liquid layer and generate a foam layer. Meticulous foam can provide beneficial contact surface for the reaction between gas and liquid and thus make the dedusting more efficent.Primary exploration of this part of work had been completed including relationship among freaquency, air speed and pressure drop when equipment under clean state. Comparision of desulfurizating effeciency and dedusting effeciency between our experiment and original technique indicated not only both effeciencies were significantly promoted, but also the energy consumption was reduced. We can conclude that bubble cap desulfurization dusting is more efficient.
