Cement is a very important industry which supports the economic development of our country,of course,it is one of the six major energy-consuming industries,and its process consume huge energy.At present,NSP cement process is the main production of cement enterprises to adopt,precalcining kiln system is the core of cement process,the energy consumption of the kiln system will directly affect the energy efficiency and economic benefits for the factory.This paper through analyzing the precalcining kiln system for energy using before energy-saving renovate,also make a thermal energy-saving test after energy-saving reform.Through those,we can analysis the energy distribution of the kiln system in-depth,and evaluate the effect of energy saving.The main work of the paper is as follows:1.This paper introduces the development of cement industry and the status quo of the energy consumption in domestic,and combs the energy saving technology development situation of cement kiln system domestic and overseas,finally we do preliminary analysis for the energy consumption of link.2.With the help of case enterprise,we make a heat balance test for cement precalcining kiln system,then set up a heat income and expenditure model and a material income and expenditure model in this paper.On this basis,we analysis the kiln thermal efficiency and the comprehensive coal consumption level before energy-saving reform for kiln system.Then We know the thermal efficiency of kiln system is only 51% if it does notmake energy-saving reform,which is in 50% ~ 60% of the domestic level.The clinker integrated coal consumption 106.2 kgce/t is only to the general levels of domestic same kiln system.And the resulting,we know the link which affecting the kiln system heat loss,and put forward the direction of energy saving reconstruction.3.After doing energy-saving renovation for the system,we make thermal test for kiln system to get the heat balance in kiln system.For getting kiln thermal efficiency and the comprehensive coal consumption level after finishing technology transform,we do the material and heat balance analysising by using the model.Firing system thermal efficiency is 53.2% after the energy-saving reform,up 2.1% than before.The energy-saving reform is successful.The success experience results also will have reference value for the similar domestic projects renovation.
