The traditional hydrogenation desulfurization process can effectively remove non thio-phenic sulfide form the fuel oil,but it is difficult to effective removal of thiophe-ne,benzothiophene(BT), dibenzothiophene(DBT) and those derivatives,The fuel to achieve low sulfur content must have to remove the above sulfur compounds。Using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, the catalytic oxidative desulfurization system to the desulfurization reaction under mild conditions and does not have two pollution gets attention from scholars。This paper take the DBT as the sulfide in the model oil, by adopting the reaction device-- impinging stream reactor, with the useful of impinging stream reactor can promote the continuous phase liquid micro mixing and produce intense pressure fluctuation in the impingement zone,To investigate the effect of the optimization in The effect of oxidation。The research results show that:1. In the traditional stirrer,the system of Formic acid / Sulfuric acid / Hydrogen peroxide at catalytic oxidation,which the best reaction conditions were: n(Formic acid) /n(S) =3,n(H2SO4) /n(S) =2,n(H2O2) /n(S) =6, reaction time was 60 minutes,reaction temperature was 60 C。The conversion rate of organic sulfide oxidation in the model diesel is the highest,reaching 91.02%。2. In the impinging stream reactor, The optimum reaction parameters of model oil catalytic oxidation is1050r/min and 40℃;and in the n(H2SO4) /n(S) =2,n(Formic acid) /n(S) =1.5,n(H2O2) /n(S) =3,when the reaction temperature is 40℃, the speed is 1050r/min and reaction time was 120 minutes, The conversion rate of organic sulfide oxidation in the model diesel can be 81.25%;3. For the same reaction conditions in the impinging stream reactor and stirred reactor,comparison of the same reaction parameters between the impinging stream reaction and constant magnetic stirring,found that if the reaction time is enough,Impinging stream reactor effect increased by 20%;4. Through the study about the kinetics of catalytic oxidation in simulation diesel oil by Using impinging stream reactor,Obtain when fixed n(H2SO4) /n(S) =2; n(Formic acid) /n(S) =1.5; n(H2O2) /n(S) =3,The oxidation reaction accords with the apparent first-order kinetics law;With the speed increase form 900r/min to 1050r/min,the reaction rate constant has became to More than doubled,reached the 0.03287μg/g·min-1;With the 900r/min the activation energy Ea=14.86 kJ/mol。...
