Based on the establishment of hydrogenation control system and the traits of the whole production device for natural gas purification plant, the technical process is complex, the control loop is interlocked and relatively complex,, the control function of the control system (DCS) is dispersed and the management is centralized, the system has high flexibility, good expansibility and excellent human-computer interaction, so that the studies are made on the most complex two loop control from the DCS configuration principal. In this way, the operators can carry out the operation expertly, the technical workers can master the control system of the whole production process clearly and detailedly, the instrument workers can provide better maintenance for system running, so as to make the production basement for orderly production and stable control. Automatic control system is a kind of special control system which is based on a predetermined plan or an advanced setting process. The man-made direct control is not needed. For this automatic system, it is mainly included by four parts:controller, controlled object, actuator and transducer. The main purpose is to realize the automated results. At present, this automatic control system has got rapid development, which has been widely applied in many production fields, especially in the manufacturing industry.Combining double limiting cross configuration and module programming, a closed loop control system which is lack of oxygen combustion is designed. Through the research and optimization of these two complex control loop, the effect is as follows:First, when the furnace temperature is higher than the setting value, the wind flow is decreased by the temperature controller TC-40261, then reduce the fuel gas. Second, when the furnace temperature is lower than the setting value, the amount of fuel gas is increased by the temperature controller TC-40261. According to the amount of fuel gas flow, the air volume is adjusted, so as to satisfy the air amount and production stability. Third, by the automatic control condition of furnace temperature, whatever the gas flow is, the whole control system is lack of oxygen combustion, and exists the reducing gas (H2, CO).
