Adipic acid is a kind of important chemical material, and its main application is to prepare polyamide PA66 and PA46, and the adipic acid is also to prepare the polyurethane, adipate, adiponitrile, hexanedicarboxamide and so on. Choosing the safe, environmental protection and economic process route, and breaking the limit from the traditional process, and solving the preparation and industry application of the key catalyst used for the benzene partical hydrogenation to prepare cyclohexene are the main content of this subject.Through preparing the domestic catalyst independently developed, measuring the active on the small experiment, studying on the active, selectivity, settling process, life, renewable capacity and modifiable character on the independent research and development pilot plant, laid the foundation for the industrial application of this catalyst.The result that the catalyst measured on the small conversion experiment showed that the cyclohexene selectivity, microcrystalline diameter and active are better than that of the import catalyst. Carried out a partial hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene catalyst pilot study, pilot plant operation results showed that the reaction temperature, pressure, flow and slurry loop control benzene were stable and reliable, liquid level and interface position can guarantee optimum device operation. Catalyst R & D pilot evaluation showed that the catalyst in the conversion rate, select rate comparable to imported catalyst.
