With the rapid development of China’s economy, the chlor-alkali industry obviously faces fierce competition. Due to efforts to strengthen the environmental control, wastewater discharge requirements have become more stringent, and how to rationalize water use at home and abroad is a daunting task facing the chlor-alkali chemical industry.After this thesis, we read a lot of relevant literature, conduct a detailed site survey, construct a clear principle, ensure the process of production electrolysis device, draw the corresponding process flow diagram, get inside the device with water and drainage water, and produce systems water balance calculations. According to the principle "clean-up streams with high and low points" and "recycling, reduce emissions of the ladder wastewater use", we introduced a cost-effective wastewater reuse program, which was the first actual production inside the device, and the internal device could reuse wastewater with reasonable technological transformation. The analysis of chlor-alkali and PVC waste water treatment technology, and water reuse technology were monitored. Besides, water quality and quantity, pollutant characteristics, the vast majority of waste water after treatment was for circulating water. Another part fully in line with post-processing met the wastewater effluent standards (PH:6-9, SS≤70mg/L, Ammonia nitrogen≤15 mg/L,CODcr≤100 mg/L). To strengthen the recovery means of wastewater use, the establishment of a comprehensive utilization of waste water is built and pollution charges and reward system are necessary. By implementing this program, the recycling of waste water will be in real office. And enterprises can reduce production costs while achieving environmental benefits to maximize the economic benefits. Then the national benefit is obvious, and can promote the sustainable and rapid enterprise development.
