As an important branch of many varieties of tire, solid tires have been used for engineering construction, logistics transportation and other fields all the time. This subject is build on the comparative study of compounding system for rubber materials, and focus on the composition-structure-performance associated mechanism of tire rubber products which is applied to dynamic conditions. At the same time, based on the application environment of solid rubber tire that is used in heavy load conditions, layered structure was designed for solid rubber tire according to reality, so the new tire with multilayered structure can simultaneously satisfy multiple performance requirements of solid tire. When the preparation condition has been optimized and confirmed, the composition of rubber materials applied to each layer has also been researched, compounding systems which possess different superiority performance were obtained. The work described in this article is mainly divided into the following two aspects:1. The effect of reinforcing system, curing system, aging protection system and plasticized system to some basic performance of material with nature rubber as matrix was explored. Varying contents of carbon black or silica were filled in nature rubber, the influence of the type and content of fillers on reinforcing effect were studied. The effect of four different curing systems to the performance of vulcanizate were studied in detail. The aging protection effect of different antioxidant were contrasted while the advantages of rare earth antioxidant were mainly investigated. The influence of several plasticizers on the nature rubber performance when they were added in equal was researched.2. With the multilayer solid rubber tire as the design idea, preparation method of it was explored under laboratory conditions, for the molding of each layer by prevulcanization technology, optimal prevulcanization time is t9o-3min. aramid fiber P can obviously promote the modulus of rubber. By repeated experiments and optimize, formulation systems that can be used for rubber materials which equipped low heat build-up or high strength characters were obtained. Compared with single-layer solid rubber tire, the three-layer one has a lower rolling temperature, and the solid rubber tire based on this preparation approach would also have a superior comprehensive performance.
