Electrochemical workstation is one of the necessary equipment in modern electrochemical testing and research. This instrument integrates the most advanced electrochemical testing technology and the most sophisticated modern electronic information technology, it can achieve stable and accurate electrochemical testing, and it is widely used in batteries, fuel cells, electroplating, bio-pharmaceutical and other industries.The thesis is based on the electrochemical workstation, and it completes the signal generation module of the electrochemical workstation. As an important part of the electrochemical workstation, the signal generation module is designed to achieve the basic waveform generation logic and waveform processing logic in the FPGA platform, and the analog channel circuit design. The main work of the thesis is as follows:1. Synthesizes the work principle of the electrochemical workstation and electrochemical testing methods, obtains signal generation module design requirements and indicators, and further determines the overall solution design. The analog channel circuit design and device selection are accomplished, focusing on the study of signal filter circuit.2. Based on analysis of all kinds of electrochemical testing methods, realizes the electrochemical testing original waveform logic, and simulates various types of waveforms, which focuses on the AC impedance testing signal source based on DDS technology.3. The original waveform is processed for its spur and synchronization problems. To effectively suppress the spurious, the thesis analyses the spurs sources of AC impedance testing signal, and discusses ways to improve the spectrum, at last, realizes logic implementation and simulation. Because of particularity of dual-channel signal generator module, the thesis discusses dual-channel synchronous processing and gives synchronization logic implementation.4. Finally, the signal generator modules are detailed tested. The testing results show that the module can meet the design requirements, thus the design is effective and practical.
