Amino acid chelated compound fertilizer is based on amino acid microelement ligands and center metal ion complexation to form chelates, as trace elements in raw material added to fertilizer to obtain a complete element compound fertilizer. The amino acid chelation of trace element in chemical and biochemical has high stability, and its compatibility is very good.This paper mainly research on the degration of soybean meal, and laboratory preservation WY-3 was used for soybean meal degradation by solid-state fermentation method. In appropriate conditions, amino acids and trace elements composite chelating get Microelement Chelate Amino Acids. By the preparation process route of scientific combination according to the nutritional needs of different crops we got a amino acid chelated foliar element fertilizer. And the field experiment test is efficiency.In this paper, through the single factor experiment, response surface optimization method, in laboratory scale feasibility and optimal conditions on WY-3 solid state fermentation of soybean were studied. The results show that the best condition for WY-3 growth on soybean meal as follows:initial pH 6.5-7.0, the ratio of material to liquid in the range of 1:0.7-1:0.8 with inoculation amount 5%, at 32 ℃ and fermentation 9-16 days. In this condition, the protein in soybean meal were sufficiently degradated, the rate of solution protein is more than 95%.By amplification of solid-state fermentation process, a low cost, mature and stable process route was founded. With 25L plastic barrel fermentation mode as an example, through the experiment discovered material thickness, inoculation amount, ratio of material to liquid on the fermentation process of bacterium contamination is the three most important factors. According to the 10% inoculation quantity, thickness of material layer 15cm, material liquid ratio of 0.8:1, pH and maintain the natural state, and fermented for 6 days at ambient temperature can be realized protein dissolution rate of more than 80%. After solid-state fermentation, using three foot scraper centrifuge, rotary evaporation concentration process can be water soluble mass extraction and concentration, and used for chelated with compound carrier.With the fertilizer material of trace elements in the metal salt used as raw material, through the composite chelate, separate chelate, finally compound process, it can solve the problem of compatibility between elements very well. Through the research, the nutritional needs of different crop planting experiment combined with the actual full element formula suitable to develop, compounded by the system according to the proper proportion to prepare a kind of trace element amino acid chelate all water soluble composite leaf fertilizer, and through the field experiment testing effect, obvious effect of increasing yield. And the use of processing waste prepared by an organic compound fertilizer.
