With the development of Internet of Things technology and broadband speed boost, IP cameras with remote monitor function are applied popularity in the market. If a set of MIS with the core of online video display monitoring on B/S structure can be researched and developed, it will greatly meet the needs of many mine enterprises and government regulators. How to read the remote video data or play the videos which IP cameras returned? How to make the video module working with MIS? These will be the focus of this thesis. In response to these problems above, a study and systematic design combining with an actual project requirement of online unified monitoring platform of mine resources has been conducted. The main work in this thesis includes the following aspects:(1) To do a research about the method of online video display based on floating window under the structure of B/S structure, the Window control in EXT.NET is used as a container and the window of video is placed into the container to realize the floating of video images.(2) For mastering all the steps from front image acquisition to background play, the business process of video play of video monitoring module is analyzed. OCX secondary development kit by Da Hua Company is used to realize online video playback.(3) In order to solve the problem of login slow due to the network latency when the online video module is working, the method which could realize the aim of watching the video many times but only log in one time is put forward.(4) The Google online map module is introduced into the MIS, which could realize seamless connection with the online video module.(5) Based on the above research foundation, for the need of government regulators and enterprises, an online unified monitoring platform of mine resources is designed and developed.By now, this system has been applied in an online unified monitoring platform in a county of mine resources. The system is operating normally, Meets the functional requirements and the actual effect is good.
