Area of land Ecosecurity issues arising from the development of coal resources has aroused widespread attention from all walks of life. Therefore, the coal mining area of land ecological security to carry on the accurate and scientific evaluation in order to optimize the land use plan, the establishment of ecological security pattern of land has important theoretical value and practical significance for the rational, sustainable, eco-efficient use of limited land ecological resources. To the coal mine goaf caused by human activities and ecological security problems as the research target, in the engineering background of Tan Jiashan mining area ecological security security status, with the help of the American council on environmental quality(USCEQ)that is proposed based on time and space, the cumulative effect of human behavior theory, analyzes accumulated time and space evolution and characteristics of the Tan Jiashan mine geological disasters, ecological environment, living environment; based on dissipative structure theory and the "pressure- state- response" PSR concept,we study the essence of mine ecological security and establish a dissipative structure model of coal mining goaf land ecological security; From human behavior, natural environment, policy control three aspects to establish evaluation index system, the linear threshold method is adopted to deal with the raw data and calculate the grey correlation and grey information entropy of each indicator, finally concluded system the total entropy change.With Tan Jiashan coal mine as the research example, using the theory of dissipative structure information entropy analysis the process of land ecological security status in 2005-2012, the results showed that the system year information entropy since 2010 from positive to negative, but its cumulative information entropy value is positive, which showed Tan Gushan coal mining goaf land ecological environment did not reach the security level and still need to continue to maintain or further improve over a longer time on the existing basis. Innovative research of thesis are as follows:1)The mining area ecological security system is a typical dissipative structure system. Human activities, especially in the coal mining, forever is disorderly,in terms of land ecological security situation, the expression for the entropy production. Therefore, we must actively and effectively introduce negative entropy flow, such as improving mining process, control "three wastes" emissions, increasing environmental protection investment, strengthen information monitoring, etc, in order to promote the ecological safety of dissipative system and maintain orderly structure.2)The linear threshold method processing no quantitative to raw data, Calculating information entropy, referencing to calculate the gray correlation degree, obtained the gray information entropy. This evaluation and analysis tool relative to the original method of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process(ahp), Reducing the requirements of quantitative indicators, More objective reflection of the relationship and the importance of the three dimensions of mine ecological security system, more objectively reflect the mining area ecological security system important degree, the relationship between the three dimensions and give analysis and evaluation more objectivity and operability. thereby making an analysis and evaluation more objective and operability.3)Coal mining area of land ecological security system is a dynamic, always in the non-equilibrium state of a variable system. The calculation results of Year information entropy can only reflect the state of the specified period, but it does not mean that it has reached a certain level. Guided by the dissipative structure theory, coal mining area of land ecological security system only by continuously improve, increasing negative entropy flow, make the entropy change eventually achieve and maintain in a negative state of order, to realize the goal of real in the coal mining area of land ecological security.4)The mining area ecological security management model based on PDCA ought to implement feedback process, the process including the three main processes:feedforward control, at the same time control, feedback control, to ensure that the mining area ecological safety management mode of dynamic, standardization and systematization.
