This paper, taking a petrochemical wastewater in Urumqi, Xinjiang libraries surrounding soil as the research object, determinate physical and chemical properties of the soil and soil background values. With the exogenous method applied in the tested soil heavy metal Cd, V, this paper determinate the shape distribution characteristics in the soil. By alfalfa indoor potted experiment, this paper discusses the roots, stems and leaves of alfalfa respectively for a single cadmium and the cadmium vanadium interaction on the absorption of cadmium and vanadium. The results are as follows:(1)Different concentrations were applied in soil heavy metal cadmium. Based on the distribution in the form of cadmium in soil investigation, this paper concluded that the combination of cadmium distribution percentage will be increased while the increase of cadmium content reduce and residue state with the exogenous cadmium content increases; Vanadium compound pollution of cadmium in soil cadmium form is same as applying cadmium distribution percentage and separate form.(2) Different concentrations were applied in soil metal vanadium. Based on the distribution in the form of vanadium in soil investigation, this paper concluded that the exchange of vanadium and iron manganese oxide combination state percentage will increase with the increase of vanadium content in the soil and residue state of vanadium in low concentration change is not obvious when the concentration is high content reduced. Vanadium compound pollution of vanadium in soil cadmium form has the same trend as applying vanadium distribution percentage and separate form.(3) in adding different amount of cadmium in soil planting alfalfa, this paper concluded that after applying cadmium alfalfa, the enrichment of cadmium in order is for root > leaf > stem. With the increase of cadmium concentration in root, stem and leaf of cadmium absorption capacity increased first. When applying cadmium concentration of 20 mg/kg cadmium content in roots, stems, leaves, achieves the maximum;when exerting greater than 20 mg/kg,amount of cadmium in the cadmium content in plant fell slightly. Also adding different amount of vanadium in soil planting alfalfa, this paper concluded that with the increase of vanadium content in soil, accumulation of each part of the alfalfa vanadium amount has increased significantly. Applying low vanadium amount(80 mg/kg or less), vanadium content in roots of alfalfa has more vanadium than stems and leaves; Applying high vanadium content(120 mg/kg) or higher, vanadium content in plant is leaf > stem > root.(4) setting different interaction experiments, cadmium and vanadium concentration gradient of planting alfalfa, plant was detected in every part of Cd and vanadium. Along with the increase of the content of heavy metal Cd(or V) content of vanadium(or Cd) in alfalfa to increase after reduction. When alfalfa underground part and the ground part are in(10 mg/kg Cd, 80 mg/kg V), it has the most amount of Cd enrichment and its value is 18.916 mg/kg and 7.125 mg/kg; when it is In(5 mg/kg Cd, 120 mg/kg V),alfalfa underground part of vanadium absorption reaches its peak(22.709 mg/kg);when it is in(120 mg/kg V, 10 mg/kg Cd),aerial parts of alfalfa absorption reaches its peak of vanadium(27.622 mg/kg).(5) under the condition of vanadium compound cadmium pollution of cadmium and vanadium calculating respectively BCF values(bio-concentration factor) and TF(transfer factor), it concluded the heavy metal cadmium and vanadium bioaccumulation and transferring ability. Values of BCF increased except applying cadmium cadmium 0 mg/kg as the vanadium quantity increased with other cadmium concentrations with the increase of the vanadium content increased after decreased first; Average value of TF was 0.842 and it indicates heavy metal cadmium in plants mainly exist in the underground sections. BCF values in each of the vanadium concentration of vanadium were reduced with the increase of the concentration of cadmium increased before; Average TF value is 1.435, reflecting the main enrichment of vanadium in the aerial parts of alfalfa.
