Xinjiang is located in the arid and semi-arid regions, the ecological environment is very fragile,with the rapid social development, people’s need for material and cultural living standards improve accordingly,but also bring some ecological environment problems inevitably, especially with our lives close water environmental pollution problems, in view of this situation, our country have spent a lot of money to support for controlling water pollution, and are more strict on the emission standards, especially for Xinjiang, whose the works about sewage treatment developed late and has a backward technology.At present, the Xinjiang has established many sewage treatment plants to control the water pollution. Due to the continuous improvement of the national environmental protection standard, some sewage factories which have been built are not in operation, and require transformation further, a sewage treatment plant of Jimunai County in Xinjiang is one of them, which demand the emissions standards of sewage treatment plant must be satisfactory with Level 1 B standard of Chinese Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). The wastewater Treatment Plant of Jimunai County has been built but are not in operation yet, according to statistics, it is able to treat the wastewater 5000m3/d, the original design adopted the oxidation pond process. After survey to the sewage treatment plant of Jimunai County, I saw the present situation and exist problem, and analyze the biodegradability of wastewater quality in this county, and choose five kinds of treatment technology for urban wastewater, combining with wastewater properties,treatment capacity and depth of processing,and compare the advantages, disadvantages and economic practicality of sewage treatment process,eventually determined the transformation process, add some pretreatment structures, select the most appropriate process,finally, calculated process and pretreatment structures, parameters validation.In this paper, the research results are as follows:(1) Analyze and choose five kinds of treatment process of the sewage treatment plants, combining with wastewater properties, treatment capacity and depth of processing, comparing the advantages, disadvantages and economic practicality of sewage treatment process,ultimately,determine the A2/O process for the post-treatment process.(2) According to geographical climate conditions and the selection of sewage treatment process of Jimunai County, add fine grille, flat flow grit chamber, advection model pond.Results display that this process enhance the treatment effect of biochemical process, in addition, calculated the pretreatment structures.(3) Based on comparative analysis for design parameter, technology maturity and practicability, A2/O method is more suitable for the treatment process for the sewage factory, than that mixture sludge reflux ratio, reflux ratio and hydraulic. It show that these parameters can meet the specification requirements, and has important influence on the actual processing effect for the biochemical process of A2/O.(4)A2/O process is simple and the hydraulic retention time is also short, infrastructure investment, and beneficial to restrain the expansion of the filamentous bacteria. and the process operation cost province affect nitrogen mixture reflux ratio, the sludge reflux dissolved oxygen and nitrate influence descaling, therefore, the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus is not imaginary high goals.This technology application in the project is broader, at the same time, both of design and management experience are relatively abundant.
