The promulgation and implementation of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants?GB18918-2002?has stricter requirements for the effluent indicators of urban sewage treatment plants.Therefore,the original treatment process cannot make the effluent reach the Grade A A urban sewage treatment plant Should be upgraded.Due to the different technologies used in each sewage treatment plant,the water quality characteristics are different,so the upgrade and reconstruction technologies used are also different.Choosing the right process technology is the key to ensuring the quality of the effluent water.The original effluent quality of the Dadaowan Sewage Treatment Plant could not meet the Grade A standard required by the state,and it needed to be upgraded.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to determine the process plan for upgrading and reforming the effluent quality of the Dadaowan Sewage Treatment Plant,and to provide technical support for the upgrading and transformation of the sewage treatment plant.Taking Dadaowan Sewage Treatment Plant upgrade project as the research object of this paper,based on the investigation and analysis of the existing actual treatment process,combined with the project actuality,the plant upgrade and upgrade process plan is proposed.The main research contents include:analysis of the effectiveness and existing problems of the existing process treatment,analysis of the determined influent water quality,through the mandatory selection of the plan,the determination of the upgrading process plan;optimization of the design parameters and process technology;and the effect of the operation after the upgrading process Perform analysis.According to the actual situation and upgrade demand of Dadaowan sewage treatment plant,according to the analysis of the influent water quality index of the plant,the guarantee rate of the upgrade and reconstruction project of the plant is determined to be 90%,and the water quality index of the sewage inflow is COD=320mg/L.BOD5=150mg/L,SS=220mg/L,NH3-N=30mg/L,TN=40mg/L,TP=3.0mg/L.According to the"Emission Standards for Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"?GB18918-2002?,the effluent from sewage treatment plants needs to implement the Class A standard,and the effluent quality indicators of the wastewater treatment plant are designed to achieve:COD?50m/L,BOD 5?10mg/L,SS?10mg/L,NH3-N?5?8?mg/L,TN?15mg/L,TP?0.5mg/L.The water intake of Dadaowan Wastewater Treatment Plant in Anshan City has put forward higher requirements for secondary treatment.By combining the characteristics of influent water quality and the treatment process of the plant,it is finally determined that the existing A/O phosphorus removal process must be changed.For the dephosphorization and denitrification process,the A2/O?A/A/O?method is adopted for the secondary treatment of sewage,and the advanced treatment process uses the“V-type filter”and“filter cloth filter”processes of the sewage intensification treatment scheme.The phosphorus removal process uses the phosphorus removal and denitrification process“activated sludge method,biofilm”,and the disinfection process uses ultraviolet disinfection to disinfect the discharged water.The operation results show that the Dadaowan Wastewater Treatment Plant after upgrading and upgrading not only improves the nitrogen and phosphorus removal capacity of the treatment process,but also improves the removal effect of other indicators,and the effluent can reach the level of sewage discharge.A standard.The upgrade and reconstruction of Andao Dadaowan Sewage Treatment Plant has reached the requirement that the effluent water quality meets the first-class A emission standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants?GB18918-2002?,reducing the pollution of sewage to the water environment The improvement of the surrounding water environment quality is of great significance.
