3D printing is the forming progress of the overlapping when the photosensitive resins solidifing if exposure to UV laser.The paper focuses on the research of modification of the 3D printing photosensitive resin.In the process of 3D printing, the performance of photosensitive resins directly influence the mechanical properties, thermal performance and dimensional accuracy of the fabricated parts. At present, the import photosensitive resins are too expensive, so that the cost was greatly enhanced, and there are some shortcomings in the fabricated parts of inland studies such as bad surface, high shrinkage, low thermal stability, bad toughness and bad mechanical properties. These various deficiencies have severely constrained the development and application in the further. Therefore, developed a higher performance materials for 3D printing is of great significance.In the article,graphene oxide, diatomite and PPTA pulp fiber were filled in the photosensitive resins to enhance the mechanical and thermal capability of the moldig materials. Firstly, graphene oxide(GO) have been prepared via improved Hummers method. The structures and properties of GO and compositions were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and TGA, the dispersion of GO in different solvents were analyzed.(1) The GO/UV-curing resin composition was prepared by solution blending method. Property tests shown that modified parts had lower shrinkage rate, and the tensile strength and flexural strength increased significantly, and the thermal performance was also improved; The optimal proportion of GO was 0.5‰,in which the tensile strength of the composite material was 42.92 MPa, increased by 28.7% than that of pure photosensitive resins, the flexural strength is 123.75 MPa, increased by 32.8%.(2) The modified diatomite was put in the photosensitive resin, and diatomite/UV-curing composition was made. Compared to two kinds of modified diatomite/photosensitive resin composite materials have found that the content of No.2 diatomite for 0.3%,the tensile strength of the composite is 34.40 MPa, the breaking elongation was 8.21%, the tensile strength was improved about 53.7% compared with pure photosensitive resin, the breaking elongation increased 16.6%. With the increase content of No.1 diatomite, the tensile strength of the composite increased but the breaking elongation decreased, this phenomenon illustrated that the adding of No.1 diatomite lead to the reduce of the toughness of material.(3) The PPTA pulp was modified by KH-570, the modified PPTA pulp was dispersed in the photosensitive resin, and PPTA pulp/UV-curing composition was prepared. It was found that the toughness and tensile strength of the composite is very good, modified PPTA pulp addition amount of 0.7%, the tensile strength increased by 99.66%, the flexural strength increased by 348%.
