Since the end of the last century,3D printing technology has been widely concerned and developed rapidly,and now it has been accepted by an increasing number of people.Stereo lithography apparatus(SLA)has become the most mature technology with its unique accuracy and low energy consumption.Due to the constraints of foreign technology monopoly and intellectual property rights,the domestic production of high-performance photosensitive resin can not be completed independently,which limits the development speed and process of SLA technology in china.In terms of SLA technology,in order to eliminate the monopoly of foreign technology and the limitations of domestic technology,the development of a photosensitive resin with independent intellectual property rights is extremely important.In this paper,two different prepolymers were synthesized in order to prepare the low curing shrinkage rate and photosensitive resins with different properties.In terms of the two synthesized resins,E-44 epoxy acrylate resin was based on E-44 epoxy resin and acrylic acid and E-20 epoxy acrylate resin was synthesized with E-20 epoxy resin and acrylic acid as main raw materials.The target products were characterized by IR spectra and liquid phase mass spectrometry.The prepolymer,the reactive diluent,the photoinitiator and the auxiliary agent were mixed to prepare the photosensitive resin.The content of each component in the resin formulation was selected by orthogonal test.The optimum resin formula(A2B1C2D3E1)was obtained through the range analysis and variance analysis: polyurethane 423 2.0 g,E-44 epoxy acrylate 2.5 g,SC-?2.0 g,SC-?1.5 g,SC-?1.5 g,bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phenyl phosphine oxide 0.1 g.The order of the influence degree of each factor on the shrinkage of resin is as follows: C> D> A> E> B,that is,SC-?> SC-?> polyurethane 423> SC-?> E-44 epoxy acrylate.The mechanical properties of the cured photosensitive resin were tested under the optimum formulation conditions,in which the tensile strength reaches 39.215 MPa,the compressive strength reaches 3.941 MPa and the bending strength reaches 60.891 MPa and the intensity is 81.36%?26.08% and 128.92% of the photosensitive resin produced by American Formlabs company.On the basis of the common photosensitive resin formula,a flexible resin with tensile strength of 6.21 MPa and compressive strength of 3.97 MPa was prepared by changing the kind of prepolymer and diluent and the existing domestic technology failed to measure its strength due to its good flexibility.
