In recent years, China’s rapid development of livestock and poultry industry has made great economic and social benefits. Scale farming is located in the world. However, a large amount of manure produced in the breeding process, its production has far exceeded the absorptive capacity that can handle in the environment, and increases the burden on the environment. Feces is the main carrier of pathogenic microorganisms,and pathogens in vitro is still contagious, can survive for a long time at room temperature. Sick livestock feces and recessive sick livestock feces will carry a variety of bacteria and parasite eggs, If it is lack of effective treatment, it not only affects the normal growth of livestock, but also has the impact of the economic benefits of aquaculture.There is a serious threat to human health, causing zoonotic disease situation.Existing research results indicate that Dictyostelium exists widely in nature, has good intestinal bacteria Predation, while maximizes the retention of the original nutrients.However.Therefore,this experiment studies the following aspects, Dictyostelium was isolated from the soil, affecting its purification, identification and screening, and to determine the different culture conditions for the removal of intestinal bacteria.Therefore, this experiment studies the following aspects, Dictyostelium was isolated from the soil, purificated, identificated and screened, and to determine the influnce of different culture conditions for the removal of intestinal bacteria. Specific results are as follows:(1) The soil samples collected were identified in Dictyostelium three kinds, they are as follows: Small Dictyostelium(D. minutum), purple round Dictyostelium(P. violaceum),Mucor like Dictyostelium(Dictyostelium mucoroides Brefeld).(2)Mucor like Dictyostelium(Dictyostelium mucoroides Brefeld) is the best Dictyostelium strains for bacterial removal By 20 culture conditions℃.(3) Through five groups by single factor experiments to optimize the culture conditions:adjusting the pH values of aqueous solutions of the different moisture content,the best value if 5.The best straw particle size is 0.5-1mm. The best Overall moisture content is 60%.The best ingredients of chicken manure and straw ratio is 1: 2. The optimum culture temperature is 20 ℃.⑷After 20 d of incubation for the optimal culture conditions is determinined,it will be fond that number of Dictyostelium is grew, the number of bacteria and coliform bacteria is decreased,The amount of Sticky plasmodium of Mucor like Dictyostelium reaches 5.5 × 105 cfu / g,it is the maximum number.The total number of bacteria in the feces dropped to 3.8 × 107 cfu / g. The amount of coliform bacteria decreased to 3.3 × 106 cfu / g.The removal of coliform And bacteria can be more than 90 percent.The effect of remove is obvious.
