Currently, as an important role in welding processes,the resistance welding technology has become an integral part of modern industrial production, and it plays an irreplaceable important role in the aerospace, automotive industry and electronic components production.With the rapid development of computer technology, automatic control technology and new drive technology, energy-saving, efficient automation projection welding is one of the most important development direction in this field.In this paper,the main research objects are steel net and steel back,and it takes a in-depth study in single-side convex welding CNC equipment to get high quality, high efficiency and energy saving brake pads welding.This subject,adopting STM32F103C8T6 chip as the core of the controller, and makes a good design of single-sided convex welding by the modular concept. First, in the single side convex welding human-computer interaction aspects of CNC system,communication circuits used in this paper is a touch screen human-computer interaction, designing the single side convex welding human-computer interaction interface of CNC system and the communication circuit between the touch screen and main control chip; According to the HMI instruction set, this paper writes a touch screen control text display program and touch-screen temporary buffer data display welding current curve in real-time line chart;Secondly, in order to achieve the function of automatic feeding in the single convex welder, this article has designed and calculated the single convex welding feed servo drive mechanical structure,completed the feed system of servo motor and servo drive selection, by analyzing the characteristics of servo drive. To meet the requirements of single convex welding numerical control system, this paper developed a servo-driven feed system and accomplished its corresponding software design;Finally, according to the characteristics of the main chip STM32F103C8T6, the hardware and software of single-sided projection welding control system is designed.Besides,it brings the real-time operating system — μ C/OS- II — to achieve real-time multitasking operating online and gives its modify code in the transplant process.The single convex welding numerical control equipment designed in this article is based on servo drive control system and human-computer interaction module.And it has some characteristics such as high accuracy, fast response and so on,which provideseffective technical support for high production efficiency and good welding quality.
