The design of this paper is based on Siemens PLC as the core controller,SIEMENS ET200 M,MM440 inverter,SEW servo controller as the slave station of the Profibus-DP distributed bus control system.The system can realize the manual and automatic control of spiral submerged arc welding pipe final welding machine,to e nsure stable operation of the steel pipe,improve production efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and can improve the quality of the products,improve the competitiveness of the company.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the development o f the technology of the tack and final welding process of SAWH pipe and the classification and the working principle of the final welding machine are introduced,and analyzes the operation mode and the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of final welding machine.O n this basis,this paper introduces in detail the portal type precision welding equipment,the process flow is given,and the operation process of the equipment is introduced in detail,at the same time,according to the overall situation of the design of the control system to do some requirement.Secondly,through the above analysis,the reasonable hardware and software design are given.O n the one hand,in the hardware design part,this paper introduces the design principle of the control system,the selection of the main components,the frequency conversion and the main circuit of the servo controller and the overall PLC external wiring diagram.O n the other hand,in the part of software design,according to the hardware design,the corresponding software design method of SIEMENS S7-300 PLC is given.Finally,on the basis of the hardware and software design,the man-machine interface is given.The man-machine interface is designed to realize the functions of manual operation,condition monitoring,parameter setting and fault diagnosis.The design of closed loop control system of drive roller angle is explained in detail,and the exper imental research is carried out.The experimental results provide reliable data for field debugging.The whole system can be conveniently installed and maintained.It possesses steady operation and reliability.Besides,the control system designed in this thesis enables the automatic control of the final welding machine,which fulfills the requirements of the production technology,so that the energy consumption is reduced and the production efficiency is improved.
