Vacuum Counter-pressure Casting(VCPC) technology is a method of the anti-gravity in which the filling are at low counter-pressure and the solidification are at high pressure. The experiment showed that, the vacuum counter-pressure casting technology can be according to the real-time of the casting, by adjusting the technological parameters such as forming pressure, freezing pressure to improve casting molding quality. It has remarkable predominance in product of the large and complex thin- wall casting. Combine with the vacuum counter-pressure casting and ultrasonic power of the melt treatment technology characteristics and advantages. Apply the ultrasonic prower on the basis of the vacuum counter-pressure casting and exploratory research the density, tensile strength, elongation and solidification feeding mechanism of the molding casting. The results will offer theoretical and technical support for further improve the quality of the large and complex thin- wall casting.We study the effect of the ultrasonic power synergy the vacuum counter-pressure casting of ZL114 A alloy the density, tensile strength, elongation, and to discuss the feeding mechanism of liquid metal synergy the ultrasonic power synergy the vacuum counter-pressure casting in this paper. The experimental results indicate that: that the density, tensile strength, elongation with the increase of ultrasonic power, increase firstly and then decrease. The density, tensile strength and elongation reach a maximum at the same time when the ultrasonic power is 600 W. With the ultrasound power increase to 900 W, but the density, tensile strength and elongation instead of showing downward trend. The density, tensile strength and elongation show an increasing tendency with increasing solidification pressure. The 12 mm tensile bar density, tensile strength and elongation at the same solidification pressure or ultrasonic power improve obviously. Process of casting parts is simulated by using ProCast can be found that the 2# parts of the test bar easily appear porosity shrinkage. The changing trend of density just like W shape from gate to top with the ultrasonic power is less than 600 W. The changing trend of density just like V shape from gate to top with the ultrasonic power is beyond 600 W. When the ultrasonic power is less than 600 W, the effect of solidification pressure on the density a nd mechanical properties of castings play a main role, while when the ultrasonic power is more than 600 W, the effect of ultrasonic power on the density and mechanical properties is obvious.Mathematical model of the ultrasonic power synergy the vacuum counter-pressure casting process of solidification feeding course was established at first. Power ultrasonic has cavitation, acoustic streaming, machinery and other acoustic characteristics, simplified as the effects of the acoustic pressure spread of ultrasound in the melt into the mathematical model of the ultrasonic power synergy the vacuum counter-pressure casting, and feeding velocity equation of between dendrite was obtained. Experiment prove that to improve the ultrasonic power and solidification pressure helps to improve feeding power within a certain range and improve the feeding velocity of liquid metal. The research for the sustainable development of the vacuum counter-pressure casting technology provides new energy.
