In this research work, CNTs/ZL114 A and CNTs/2A12 composites was produced by FSP. And composite materials and subsequent heat treatment and thermo-mechanical treatment to future improve enhance mechanical properties. Composites preparated by FSP gain re?nement and CNTs uniformly distributed in the matrix material is the beneficial to mechanical properties. Discussed the impact of microstructure and properties to composites when the volume fraction of CNTs were 3.4vol.%、4.7vol.%、6.0vol.% and 7.3vol.%. The experimental results show that: CNTs uniformly distributed in the matrix when the CNTs volume fraction of CNTs/ZL114 A were 6.0vol.%. in which case the composite material reaches a maximum tensile strength of 230 MPa, a tensile strength than the base material increased about 28%. CNTs / 2A12 Composites in the volume fraction of CNTs exhibit optimum mechanical properties when 4.7vol.%, The tensile strength reach 462 MPa.The effects of heat treatment on the CNTs / ZL114 A composite microstructure and mechanical properties was studied, and to analyze the strengthening mechanism. The results show that: CNTs / ZL114 A composite optimum heat treatment process is 530℃×8h +165℃×5h; heat treatment process is changed relatively matrix composite material, mainly in the lower solution temperature and aging precipitation rate in advance; The tensile strength of composites achieve the best 330 MPa after heat treatment process, tensile strength compared with pre-heat treatment significantly improved, compared with the base material after heat treatment increased by 15%.Refining and modification by increasing the Mg element content and adding Zr, Sr and other elements on ZL114 A aluminum. Studied and discussed the properties and heat treatment process of composites after refined and modification. The results show that: the optimized composite grains finer, tensile strength reached 280 MPa, to further improve the performance of composite materials;New composite heat treatment process has changed than the original heat treatment process, the best heat treatment process as follows: 515℃×6h+ 165℃×5.5h; Composite tensile strength reach 400 MPa after heat treatment, on the basis of the original increase of about 21%, the composite performance is further optimized.The effects of microstructure and properties after CNTs / 2A12 composite the thermo-mechanical treatment have studied. The optimum solution treatment thermo-mechanical treatment process for the final 495℃×30min, rolling the amount of 15%, the prescription system for 190℃×10h; Then the composite tensile strength reach 562 MPa. The main strengthening mechanism for dislocation strengthening coordination and strengthening precipitates. Hot rolling the composite material is 60%, the maximum tensile strength reached 510 MPa, CNTs are arranged along a certain direction after rolling.
