The high ordered porous membranes have some unique advantages in the structure, preparation and so on, so that it has some better applicable prospect, for example: used as photoelectric material, cell culture, catalyst carrier. Compared with the traditional methods to produce the porous structure, the breath figure method is an excellent one which has a simple process, easy operation and low cost. In addition, it uses the innoxious water as template; and it is a dynamic assembly process, the feature and pore size can be controlled by changing the humidity, solvent, concentration, as a result it can prepare the porous films with different structure and property according the practical requirements.In this paper, we prepared high ordered cellulose triacetate(CTA) porous membrane on the ice based on breath figure methods, did some simple studies about the affect factors during the preparation, and explored the application in many aspects. In addition, we continued to study the application of brominated polyphenylene oxide(BPPO) films and used the porous BPPO films to prepare the nanostructure of gold, which made use of the previous work in our group. The following is our major work:1. After a series of attempts and comparisons, the dichloromethane was chose as the organic solvent to dissolve the TCA; when used dichloromethane as solvent, the TCA ordered porous structure could only be obtained under high humidity condition.2. We did some researches about how the substrate and concentration affected the pore size and permeability of TCA porous films, and found that as the CTA concentration increased, the pore size of membrane decreased. The regularity and permeability of the membrane cast on the ice substrate was better than that cast on glass substrate.3. After peeled the top layer by adhesive tape, the superhydrophobic surface was obtained and then compared the variation of the contact angle of water; explored the performance of the cellulose triacetate porous films in filtration; polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) microlens array formed using the TCA ordered porous membrane as template and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) microwells formed using the PDMS microlens array as The second template.4. Made use of the BPPO porous films which had better regularity and permeability, we tried to prepare the nanostructure of gold and got the ordered arrays and nanoscale micropatterns of the gold.
