| In recent years, the Zn O as a new type of short wavelength of semiconductor laser materials known by people, because the Zn O itself has very excellent electrical properties and optical properties, so they are widely used in all kinds of optical devices, piezoelectric devices and field emission devices. Since then, Zn O materials become the research focus of material science, is the key of the basic science and applied science. In this paper, Fe and Co doped Zn O nanomaterials are prepared by improved microemulsion method. X-ray Diffraction(XRD) and Scanning electron microscope(SEM) are used to explore the structure and morphology of the synthetized nanomaterials. In order to explore the influence of temperature on the optical properties of Zn O nanomaterials, cooling temperature controller is used to realize the temperature variable environment. Photoluminescence experiments are performed to get the optical properties of Zn O nanomaterials and Fe, Co doped Zn O nanomaterials. Compare the results, we get the change of optical spectrum of Zn O and Fe, Co doped Zn O nanomaterials and analyze the defect levels induced by Fe, Co doping and the impact on the luminescence properties of Zn O nanomaterials. |
