The aligned steel fiber reinforced cement based composites material can be prepared though a uniform constant magnetic field which can control the direction of the steel fiber, according to the direction of magnetic induction. In the fiber reinforced direction, its performance had great enhanced and improved such as toughness, ductility, and strength. However, due to the orientation of steel fiber, the aligned steel fiber reinforced cement based composites material had become a new kind of anisotropic material. Now the majority study focused on the performance change in the fiber reinforced direction, but the performance on the non fiber reinforced direction still need further analysis and research. In view of this situation, the anisotropy propertis of the aligned steel fiber reinforced cement mortar were studied, the main research content including:1. The paper analyzed the movement rule of the steel fiber in the fresh cement paste that applied a magnetic field. Determine the influence of the magnetic field strength, steel fiber characteristics, the viscosity of cement slurry, to the rotation rate of steel fiber and then simplified the analysis, obtained steel fiber directional control method.2. Analysis the enhancement mechanism of the steel fiber on the splitting tensile strength of the cement mortar, the influence of fiber volume fraction and matrix strength on the splitting tensile strength of anisotropic properties, the relationship between split the rabbi and compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, and the failure characteristics of the aligned steel fiber reinforced cement mortar.3. Analysis of the reinforcing mechanism and the reinforcement effect of steel fiber on the bending properties of cement mortar, initially establish the damage model, study the anisotropic properties of the aligned steel fiber reinforced cement mortar, mainly analyses the influence of fiber volume fraction and matrix strength on the load deflection curve, bending strength, bending toughness properties.4. Experimental study on shearing anisotropic properties of the aligned steel fiber reinforced cement mortar, analysis the influence of fiber volume fraction and matrix strength to shearing strength, while analysis its failure pattern, comparing with the ordinary steel fiber cement mortar.5. Analysis the enhancement mechanism of the steel fiber on the compressive strength of the cement mortar and study on its anisotropic properties, mainly analysis the affect of fiber volume fraction and matrix strength to the properties of anisotropic compressive strength and the failure pattern, comparing with the ordinary steel fiber cement mortar.
