On the basis of referencing foreign literature and analyzing domestic research,this paper found a new method to calculate the mixing ratio of recycled concrete.This new method will be applied to the production process of recycled concrete,as well as steel fibers.The purpose of the test is to improve the performance of recycled concrete through the enhancement of the steel fibers.The main achievements are as follows:1.Under the condition of different replacement ratio of recycled aggregate,proposed a new approach of calculating the mixing ration of recycled concrete,which include water-cement,unit volume of water and sand ration.2.Based on a series of mechanical tests,including compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and shear strength,explained the influence of volume fractions of steel fiber,different replacement ratio and the matrix strength on recycled aggregate concrete.Meanwhile,the relationship between compressive strength and splitting tensile has been found,as well as compressive strength and shear strength.3.Based on the shear deformation test of steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete,explained the influence of volume fractions of steel fiber,different replacement ratio and the matrix strength on shear deformation.
