Based on gas occurrence tectonic level control theory, the paper takes NO.4 mine of Pingyu Mining Group as research object, studies geological structure evolution and geological structure characteristics of Yuzhou mining area. Combined with the measured data of the gas from the mine, this paper studied gas geology rule of coal mine, then forecasted gas content and gas emission of the coal seam. At last the paper analyzed the influence factors of the coal and gas outbursts danger in the mine and divided the outbursts danger zones combined with the indexes of outbursts,Yuzhou mining area is mainly controlled by the structure of NW and NWW, local area by the structure of NE and NEE. NW and NWW structure are likely to be affected by extrusion stress. It’s beneficial to the gas occurrence and enrichment, which is easy to cause the coal and gas outbursts accident. NE and NEE structure mainly gives priority to the tension activity and is advantageous to the gas escaping.The buried depth of coal seam is the primary controlling factors of coal seam gas occurrence. The rule of gas content is obvious as the gradient for buried depth of coal seam. Gas occurrence in local area is obviously affected by Geological structure,Roof lithologic,Coal seam thickness. According to the analysis for control factors of the coal and gas outbursts danger, this paper divided the outbursts danger zones ofⅡ1 coal seam in the mine In the east area of F1 fault, the coal seam buried depth below 352 m is divided into outbursts danger zones. In the west area of F1 fault, the coal seam buried depth below 320 m is divided into outbursts danger zones.
