| This article aim at the key problems of matrix for diamond carving grinding head easy to produce crack or even rupture, diamond is easy to fall off, and cannot effectively make full use. Adopting pre-brazed diamond grits produced brazing diamond carving grinding head. Analyzing the mechanical properties influence of the pre-brazed grinding grits by simulation. Comparing processing performance of grinding head though test.The main work accomplished in this paper are as follows:(1) Using Cu and Ni-based solder pre-brazed diamond. Analyzing the boundary layer structure of the pre-brazed diamond by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).(2) Designing and developing the diamond carving grinding head carving. Producing three groups carving grinding head of different formula respectively. Through processing and performance test to select the best matrix formula.(3) Analyzing the mechanical properties influence of segment, like geometrical characteristics of the abrasive, volume concentration, different brazing layer and thickness, in section of the brazing area by simulation. And the thermal stress influence of different interface layer and thickness.(4) For processing performance test of three kinds of diamond carving grinding head. Respectively comparing grinding, processing time and wear, the result showed that pre-brazed diamond carving grinding head is better than the performance of the conventional diamond carving grinding head, and the Cu-base pre-brazed diamond performance is better. |
