Vanadium titanium magnetite widely distributed in our country, reserves and production of our country take the second. Vanadium titanium magnetite used in iron-making production of converter molten iron, molten iron for converter steelmaking, the final product is obtained by casting and steel rolling. Vanadium slag is refers to the hot metal in converter steelmaking operation, forming a rich in iron oxide and a kind of vanadium oxide slag. Vanadium slag containing vanadium pentoxide is obtained by oxidizing roasting of rotary kiln clinker, which is obtained by leaching vanadium pentoxide. Rotary kiln oxidizing roasting of low vanadium in vanadium slag into high vanadium has crucial influence, and the distribution of temperature in rotary kiln is an important factor of vanadium slag roasting quality, so the process of rotary kiln of roasting vanadium slag temperature field for research has important significance. In this paper, according to a steel mill process of coke oven gas oxidation roasting vanadium slag gas combustion inside the kiln, high temperature flue gas flow, material reaction process were studied. According to the paper Φ4.0×60m an entity to establish model of rotary kiln, rotary kiln material balance and heat balance calculation, get the coke oven gas intake and air intake, vanadium slag and additives addition amount; For rotary kiln flue gas, the internal movement of the material and rotary kiln flue gas, material and complex heat exchange process between the rotary kiln wall are studied, according to the original data is used to numerically simulate the process of rotary kiln of roasting vanadium slag, obtained the distribution of temperature in the rotary kiln. And in different gas velocity, air velocity and air swirl Angle under the condition of the research of temperature field in kiln. The main work is as follows:① For rotary kiln of roasting vanadium slag in the process of material balance and heat balance calculation. Determines the rotary kiln clinker from in certain cases, raw materials, the dosage of air intake and coke oven gas intake. Got the material income expenditure and the income of heat, within the error range to meet the material conservation and heat conservation.② The turbulence model, the combustion model and radiation models are introduced and compared, get the model suitable for rotary kiln of roasting. The establishment of a standard model, Coke oven gas diffusion combustion model, the multiphase flow model and radiation model gas combustion inside the kiln and rotary kiln oxidizing roasting in numerical simulation.③ Gas combustion model is established, through the numerical simulation software to simulate the burner gas in the combustion process inside the rotary kiln, the kiln gas burning flame in the form, and the distribution of temperature in rotary kiln are obtained. And change of coke oven gas inlet velocity, inlet velocity of the air and the air swirl Angle to discuss appropriate flame shape and temperature field in kiln.④ Rotary kiln model is established to study the internal heat transfer condition of rotary kiln. One-dimensional axial heat transfer mathematical model is established, using MATLAB programming calculation to solve the differential equation and linear equation, the one-dimensional axial upward mixed flue gas, material and the rotary kiln wall temperature distribution. Using FLUENT software to carry on the numerical simulation for rotary kiln as a whole, the distribution of temperature in the rotary kiln. Through numerical computation and numerical simulation method to get the gas, material and kiln wall up the shaft of the rotary kiln temperature distribution, comparing the results possess the good consistency.
